Once you order your desired Jewelry, you will be prompted to create an account at the checkout point.
- Creating an Account
Once you finish your ordering process, you can create your account or as a guest. However, we recommend you create an account since we will save your payment details and delivery to enjoy a faster checkout process. Once you create an account, you only need to log in for your next order.
- Our Payment Options
We have a range of payment options you can use when purchasing our Jewelry. They include:
- Direct Bank Transfer: your order will only be processed once the funds have been credited to our bank account.
- Credit Cards: They include Delta, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay, G Pay, and American Express.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Only accepted for orders within the UAE and ready-to-shop Jewelry.
All our transactions are processed by Network International, a safe and secure only payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure environment.
Please Note: Due to the nature of our jewelry pieces, many card providers may sometimes decline transactions for your protection, and you may need to contact them directly to confirm the purchase.
We also reserve the right to cancel any transaction we deem fraudulent.
Payment Terms For Custom Orders, Repair, And Redesign Sales.
For all our Custom Jewelry Orders, we only start the order upon your final confirmation once you write an email or message through our social media platforms.
For Special Custom Design Orders, we require a 50% upfront payment of the order before you start processing your order.
For Jewelry Repair Services, you must pay the service’s total price in advance.
We will update you on the design process for your approval. You must communicate any design changes you may require during the CAD design process or before the casting process.
Any changes in design during the casting and Diamond setting process will be too late. However, if you insist on any changes, you will be charged for the new design and all the expenses of making the first design.

Our website shows prices in different currencies, including the US dollar, Sterling Pound, Euro, Saudi Riyal, Kuwaiti Dinar, Omani Riyal, and Qatari Riyal; however, all our payments are in UAE Dirham when checking out.
